3. Paid Subscriptions

HookListener.com offers paid subscription plans that include additional features and remove certain limitations on URLs associated with your account.

• Subscription benefits remain active as long as the subscription is valid and payments are up-to-date.
• If a subscription is canceled, benefits remain until the end of the current subscription period.
• If payment fails, the subscription will be canceled, and associated benefits will be revoked.

3.1 Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of subscription creation, provided you offer a valid reason. To request a refund, contact HookListener.com Support.

4. Service Responsibilities

4.1 Uptime and Availability

The Service does not guarantee availability, response time, uptime, throughput, or any other connectivity metrics.

4.2 Data retention

We do not actively delete user data for our customers. If you want all your data to be removed, please reach out here.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content uploaded or transmitted via the Service remains the property of its owner.
